Apex Experts is the UK's leading Expert Witness practice, known for providing industry-leading medico-legal reports from a panel of over 120 trusted Expert Witnesses.
Our Experts can provide opinion on almost 40 areas of healthcare from Nursing to Neurosurgery and Podiatry to Psychiatry. We're always expanding our panel and welcome suggestions or requests for areas not currently covered.
We provide a range of reports to suit the individual requirements and budgets of our clients, including screening reports, CPR compliant breach of duty and liability reports, criminal, coroners and care and quantum reports.
Our administrative team are based in our office in North Norfolk and work alongside our panel of Experts to provide professional and independent reports across the whole of the UK.

We also understand that the circumstances of a case may vary, which is why we are happy to provide deferred fees. We offer a range of deferred fee structures to provide our clients with the flexibility they need.
As we are not an agency and do not charge agency fees, you can rest assured knowing your Expert Witness fees will be recoverable at the end of your case.
We understand the importance of never missing a deadline, and know that our clients frequently have tight deadlines they have to meet. We pay attention to this at all times and make sure all reports are submitted on or before the agreed date.
