We work alongside our Experts to provide a wide variety of reports, to support the needs of our clients and offer our industry-leading expertise to a range of Claimant and Defendant firms, regulatory bodies, Police and HM Coroners and Insurance Companies.

Whether you require a Pre-Litigation Advisory Report or a fully CPR compliant Breach of Duty and Causation Report - or anything in between, our Experts have the knowledge, experience and skill to provide you with an objective, well-formed and clear report.

Preliminary non-disclosable Advice

Our Experts can provide Screening Reports and Letters of Advice for Claimant and Defendant firms. These are non-disclosable and for advice purposes only.

The Expert will advise on issues of Causation, Liability or Breach of Duty, with regards to the standard of care received by the Claimant.

Condition & Prognosis

A disclosable report prepared by the Expert for the Court, that comprises of a comprehensive assessment of the Claimant, detailing their current condition and the likely future impact of their condition. 

CPR Compliant
Breach of Duty & Causation

Our Experts can use their experience and skill to provide you with a fully CPR complaint report, providing opinion on Breach of Duty, Liability and Causation. 

The Expert will review all provided documents and records and provide a disclosable report, prepared for the Court, providing opinion on all requested points for the instructing party.

Care/Quantum

A fully CPR compliant report by the Expert that consists of an assessment of the Claimant, detailing the past, present and future care costs and other financial implications. 

Criminal

A disclosable report prepared for the Court on behalf of the Defence or Crown Prosecution Service. The Expert will provide their opinion of the care received, to determine if there is gross medical negligence, to allow the Court to determine if there is criminal liability. 

Inquest

A report prepared by the Expert for HM Coroners, to assist with establishing the facts surrounding the care of the Deceased and determining the standard of care received prior to their death.
